Add key terms to improve transcription accuracy.

Snippets

Define text replacements. When you say the trigger phrase, it will be replaced with the snippet text.
Note: Snippets will only trigger when live dictating, not when editing.

Voice Commands

Customise the voice triggers that control dictation and AI commands. Each phrase below is what you say to invoke that action.

Avoid using words or phrases that are too similar to your regular speech, as this could trigger unintended commands. And make sure they have multiple syllables for better recognition.

Instructions

ADVANCED FEATURE: Define reusable instruction templates for AI commands.

These templates can be set as the default instruction for the AI, meaning that the specific template will be used if you don't provide any other instructions inside command blocks (see the command block trigger in settings).

If you do add a command block, that will take precedence over the default, and the AI will have access to all your instructions, so you can reference them inside command blocks e.g. "Make this more professional using the 'Professional Writing' instruction".
